How to report a pricing, calculation, or site issue to AI Cost Lab.
Contact status
A verified public contact email is not currently configured. AI Cost Lab does not publish a placeholder address because that would create a misleading contact channel. This page exists so the operating status is explicit rather than pretending that an unmonitored mailbox is available.
Pricing corrections
The fastest way to validate a suspected pricing issue is to compare the relevant model page with the official provider source linked from that page. Include the model name, the published input and output rates, the provider URL, and the date you observed the difference. Pricing corrections should be evidence-based because provider pages can use tiered or product-specific pricing.
Technical issues
For calculation problems, record the non-sensitive scenario values that reproduce the issue: request count, token counts, caching percentage, users, agent multiplier, and the selected model. Do not send API keys, passwords, student information, customer records, or other confidential data. The calculator is intended to be testable with synthetic values.
Commercial questions
AI Cost Lab is independent from the model and infrastructure providers it references. Provider billing disputes, service availability, account access, or contractual questions must be handled with the provider directly. A future verified contact method will be published here when the operator chooses to enable one.
